1. Supported markets
Seraphina Maison prepares women's clothing orders for supported markets configured in Shopify admin. Recommended markets include the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Hong Kong SAR, subject to final store settings, carrier availability, product restrictions, and address validation.
2. Restricted destinations
We do not knowingly sell or ship to sanctioned, embargoed, or restricted countries or regions. We may cancel orders that appear to violate trade, carrier, payment, or compliance restrictions. If a destination is unavailable at checkout, we cannot complete shipment to that address.
3. Order processing
Order processing begins after payment confirmation and order review. Processing may be delayed by payment verification, address issues, suspected fraud, high order volume, holidays, inventory checks, product availability, or customer service follow-up. If we need additional information, we may contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.
4. Shipping methods and delivery estimates
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout where supported. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Transit time may be affected by carrier operations, customs review, weather, remote addresses, public holidays, peak-season volume, incomplete address details, or events outside our control.
5. Address accuracy
Please enter your full name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or province, postal code, country or region, phone number, and email accurately. We are not responsible for delivery failure caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error, contact SeraphinaMaison@outlook.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipment.
6. Tracking
When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information by email or through the order status page. Tracking events may take time to update after a label is created or a parcel is handed to the carrier.
7. Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region. Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, the customer is responsible for charges assessed by local authorities or carriers after shipment. Customs delays are outside our direct control.
8. Failed delivery, refused parcels, and unclaimed shipments
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, failure to pay required customs charges, or failure to collect the parcel, we will review the order when the parcel is returned to the sender or otherwise confirmed by the carrier. Additional shipping costs may apply before reshipment. Original shipping costs may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
9. Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If tracking shows unusual delay, delivery failure, damage, or loss, contact SeraphinaMaison@outlook.com with your order number and supporting details. We may request photos, carrier documentation, or a written statement to investigate. Resolution may depend on carrier findings, shipment status, and applicable policy terms.
